How do I Warranty my TOTO Product?
We are Greater Saint Louis’ only TOTO Authorized repair company. We partner with TOTO to service and repair Neorests and Washlets.
To have your TOTO repaired under warranty, the first step is to contact TOTO directly at (888) 295-8134, option 4.
A TOTO representative will help troubleshoot your device and contact us to schedule one of our plumbers.
Once we have been contacted by TOTO we contact the customer to schedule the plumber to resolve your issue.
